A septic tank is a large tank in which all of the waste water from a home is stored and receives basic treatment.
The main purpose of a septic tank is to store waste for a period of time. During this time the waste undergoes it’s first transformation. This is called the pre-treatment, it is here that 70% of pollution contained in the waste leaves. The pollution poses a real danger to human life due to the germs and pathogens it contains. The law imposes filtration systems to control waste coming from the septic tank into the ground. This process is known as the filtration treatment.
There are many types of filtration systems available – the choice is dependant on the soil composition.
This is where My Limousin come in. Along with our ‘fosse septique’ expert we will visit your property to look at the different options that may be available to you. In the first instance we will provide you with a quote to manage your application for a septic tank. This is obligatory before you commence works and we will carry out soil tests, site visits and liaise with the authorities on your behalf to get a paper which states that a septic tank system has been approved.
After this our team of fosse experts will install the necessary fosse septique solution, which is then signed off by the authority who approved it.
