Full Time Plumber

We require a full time plumber. You must hold qualifications and be able to provide certification of these as they are mandatory for both insurance purposes and company law. Understanding French plumbing practices and installation is necessary. Excellent customer service skills and an attention to detail are a must.

For the right person we offer a French employment contract with an excellent salary, 5 weeks paid holiday per year and a kilometre allowance.

You will work 35 hours per week over 5 days, between Monday and Saturday. There may also be a need for overtime, up to 9 hours per week.

We are ideally looking for someone who resides in the La Souterraine region, but you must be prepared to travel up to 1.5 hours each way per day, have your own transport and tools. The position includes working with our other artisans so flexibility and a willing to labour with other trades is essential.

A small but growing renovation company based in the Haute Vienne require a full-time carpenter. You ideally hold UK qualifications and be able to provide certification of these as they are mandatory for both insurance purposes and company law. Understanding French Carpentry practices is required. Excellent customer service skills and an attention to detail are a must. We are ideally looking for a person capable of a variety of tasks that will include roofing, carpentry, and joinery.

Full Time Builder/Stone Mason

We require a full-time builder who excels in block laying and stone work.

You should hold qualifications and be able to provide certification of these as they are mandatory for both insurance purposes and company law. Understanding French building practices is required. Excellent customer service skills and an attention to detail are a must.

We are ideally looking for a person capable of a variety of tasks that will include plaster boarding, pointing, and rendering. A knowledge of stone work would be ideal.
