Due to increasing demand from many of our customers MyLimousin have decided to establish a dedicated carpentry and joinery workshop. On numerous occasions our customers have needed bespoke pieces of joinery creating to compliment the main works we are performing for them. Often these pieces have been needed to be installed at the same time during the projects – MyLimousin have decided to bring this previously outsourced work in-house.
We believe by doing this we can better manage the projects end to end; ensure total quality of materials and workmanship and generally provide a better service for our clients. MyLimousin will therefore be able to create a range of work from doors, windows, barn door conversions, staircases, wooden flooring, solid kitchen worktops , tables, outdoor furniture etc. In fact the full range is only limited by our clients’ imangination or requirements.
Due to our fortunate location here in the heart of hardwood production of France – The Limousin – MyLimousin have access to some of the finest wood in Europe. Most of our work will be created using solid , and enviromentally sourced hardwoods including brown and yellow oak, chessnut, walnut, cherry , beech and a range of softwoods. Due to our relationship with the local woodyards we can also souce more exotic hardwoods if required.
